We reserve the right to adapt the content of this data protection information from time to time. We therefore recommend that you review our data protection information at regular intervals.

This site uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or requests that you send to us as the site operator. 3. Personal Data

Personal data are all information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person ("data subject"). We undertake to comply with all data protection regulations when handling the data of visitors to our website. We process data exclusively to the extent necessary and permitted by data protection law.

a. Informational use of our website

You can visit our website without providing any personal information. If you use our website for information purposes only, we do not collect any personal data. An exception is data transmitted by your browser to enable you to visit the website and information transmitted to us by the cookies we use.

For the purpose of technically providing the Website, we may need to process certain automatically submitted information from you in order for your browser to display our Website and for you to use the Website. This information is automatically collected each time you visit our website and stored in server log files. The temporary storage of the IP address by the system is necessary to enable the website to be delivered to the user's computer. For this the IP address of the user must remain stored for the duration of the session. The data is stored in log files to ensure the functionality of the website. In addition, the data serves us to optimize the website and to ensure the security of our information technology systems. Our legitimate interest in data processing pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR also lies in these purposes.

The collection of data is mandatory for the operation of the website. Consequently, there is no possibility of objection.

b. During registration

We offer you the opportunity to register on our website as a business partner of the companies of the PRG Group. Through your registration your data are stored in the supplier database, which serves the central administration of all master data of the users of the PRG Subrental Portal. When registering, we ask you to provide us with various personal data (e.g. address data). The purpose of data collection is to check whether a contractual cooperation between you and us is possible. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (initiation and implementation of contracts). The provision of your data is voluntary. You are not obliged to provide us with your data.

c. During a log-in

We offer you the possibility to log in on the website after successful registration to get to the closed area. An email address and a password are required for this purpose. The basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, which permits the processing of data for the fulfilment of a contract or precontractual measures.

5. Right to object

In accordance with Art. 21 GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data on the basis of a legitimate interest on our part or that of a third party, provided that there are reasons for this which arise from your particular situation or the objection is directed against general or direct advertising tailored to you. In the latter case, you have a general right of objection, which we will implement without specifying a particular situation.

6. Transfer of data to third parties / Recipients of the data

In order to enable a contractual cooperation between you and all companies of the PRG Group with regard to the supplier services requested by us or companies of the PRG Group, we process your data in common data processing systems to which all companies of the PRG Group have access. The processing serves the contract initiation and contract execution. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

In this context, data is also transmitted to the US parent company, PRG LLC. If necessary, we have concluded order processing contracts with our service providers especially pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

7. Google Analytics

To improve and further develop our offers and services, we use Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google LLC, on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. "("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. This website uses IP anonymization. For this reason, Google will generally cut your IP address within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. The IP address transmitted by your browser in the context of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data.
