a. Informational use of our website

b. During registration
We offer you the opportunity to register on our website as a business partner of the companies of the PRG Group. Through your registration your data are stored in the supplier database, which serves the central administration of all master data of the users of the PRG Subrental Portal. When registering, we ask you to provide us with various personal data (e.g. address data). The purpose of data collection is to check whether a contractual cooperation between you and us is possible. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (initiation and implementation of contracts). The provision of your data is voluntary. You are not obliged to provide us with your data.
c. During a log-in
We offer you the possibility to log in on the website after successful registration to get to the closed area. An email address and a password are required for this purpose. The basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, which permits the processing of data for the fulfilment of a contract or precontractual measures.
5. Right to object
In accordance with Art. 21 GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data on the basis of a legitimate interest on our part or that of a third party, provided that there are reasons for this which arise from your particular situation or the objection is directed against general or direct advertising tailored to you. 6. Transfer of data to third parties / Recipients of the data
In order to enable a contractual cooperation between you and all companies of the PRG Group with regard to the supplier services requested by us or companies of the PRG Group, we process your data in common data processing systems to which all companies of the PRG Group have access. The processing serves the contract initiation and contract execution. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.
In this context, data is also transmitted to the US parent company, PRG LLC. If necessary, we have concluded order processing contracts with our service providers especially pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
7. Google Analytics
To improve and further develop our offers and services, we use Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google LLC, on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. "("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. This website uses IP anonymization.
